Who else care about Boracay Island?

Every year heaps of people from Manila are growing to celebrate Labor Day beach party sponsored by big companies from alcohol brands, sunscreen lotion, mobile apps, etc. Great! It means the revenue is increasing. However, beach are left with trash such as empty beer bottles, candy wrapper, disposable cups and cigarettes butts. The government have paid beach cleaners and the resorts has to clean their own front yards as well but what if they are too late to pick them up and the trash were already drifted seaward during the tides? The government has auxiliary police to implement the local ordinance on drinking, littering and smoking on the beach front but why are the violators still trash on the beach front with out getting fine?

Residents and long staying/ frequents visitors have made their initiative in cleaning up the beach before the trash got drifted seaward.
